Penstock 2200 x 1500 mm
Recently we supplied a large penstock with an opening of 2200 x 1500 mm to one of our distributors.
Thiss penstock is reinforced and able to resist 10 meters water column.
Penstocks Hong Kong
Recently we provided 9 penstocks to Hong Kong for a fish pond project. Sizes vary from Ø500 till Ø900mm.
Some of them where equipped with mesh grilles.
Fish Friendly Flap Valve
These 2 special disigned DN 900 mm fish friendly valves where required in a lake with lots of tidal activities. This valve includes a small DN 160 mm fish valve with float. There are more and more requests for fish friendly flap valves, which allow fish to pass even when the main valve is closed. The opening and closing moments of the fish valve with float are adjustable.
Rectangular flap valve 950 x 1300mm
Previous year we send 2 rectangular flap valves to one of our clients. The valves where 1300mm high and 950mm wide. Both needed withstand a permanent water pressure of 6 meter water column.
Horizontal penstocks
For a very special project, we disigned 2 electrical actuated penstocks. One with opening 1800 x 1200 mm. and one with opening 1800 x 600mm. Both needed to be operated by a remote control panel and also have the possibility for local control on the penstocks itself. In case of emergency they also have the manual option to open or close it with a T-key.
2000x1500 mm Penstock
For this project, we designed a penstock with opening size 2000 x 1500 mm. This one is fully engineered to resist 10 meters watercolumn.
Flanged valve DN 2000
At the end of 2020 we supplied a 2000 mm flap valve with flange connection.
Provided with standard PN10 drillings. Aquafix flanged valves can also be supplied with other type of drillings.
Inline penstock
For our Dutch market, we supplied and designed a customized inline penstock with street cap straight on top for easy operation.
Penstock DN 1100
In 2020 we supplied two 1100 mm penstocks complete with actuators. On the photos, the penstocks are prepared with a console and motorization key straight on top to fit the actuators.
Flap valve 460 x 155 mm.
For one of our overseas clients, we designed a small rectangular flap valve with opening 460 x 155 mm.
