The Freedrain inline penstocks are used in surface water, sewerage systems, (sewerage) water treatment systems etc. to (temporarily) block or allow to pass water
They are manufactured from high quality HDPE and they will be reinforced with Stainless Steel 316L profiles. HDPE is lightweight and has a high chemical resistance. Standard, the penstocks are fitted with a SS316L non-rising spindle.
Easy fixing in existing pipework.
The penstock contains a vertically moving SS316L knife door which can block the water supply on both sides. Tightening shall be effected by means of a special EPDM flat/lip shaped rubber profile to withstand 10 meter water column pressure on both sides.
Free discharge application.
Designed for installation into the ground or install in a chamber
